A mysterious virus ravages the largest slum in a third-world country, turning its residents into terrifying zombies and plunging the area into chaos. Trapped in this hellish environment, four sisters must do whatever it takes to survive. But time is running out—the national army has sealed off the slum, and their plan is to drop a devastating bomb to eradicate the threat once and for all. As the clock ticks down, the sisters face impossible odds, fighting not only the infected but also the impending destruction from above.
